Jon's creative lens has been shaped by more than two decades of working across film, photography and visual storytelling. His work is rooted in atmosphere, narrative and human connection, with a sensitivity to what feels real and what will genuinely move an audience.
As a film director, he shapes the story, tone and emotional direction of JCA's moving image work, guiding projects from concept through production and final delivery. As a photographer, he brings the same eye to selected luxury and lifestyle commissions, creating imagery with presence, restraint and emotional clarity.
Jon also works closely with clients at the earliest stages of a brief, helping define the creative direction, protect the feeling of the idea and hold the project together from first conversation to final frame. Clients often describe him as thoughtful, dependable and a steady, calming presence: able to bring clarity, trust and creative ambition into the room.

DIRECTOR & CINEMATOGRAPHER
Krystian is a director and cinematographer whose work sits at the meeting point of story, atmosphere and technical craft. With experience across documentary, automotive, sport, commercials and branded content, he brings a rare combination of creative instinct, visual intelligence and production discipline to every project.
At JCA, Krystian helps shape the cinematic language of the work from the earliest creative conversations through to shoot and final delivery. He works closely with Jon and the wider team across concept, direction, visual approach, lighting, lensing, movement and execution, ensuring each film feels emotionally clear, beautifully controlled and true to the brand.
An award-winning Director of Photography, Krystian also operates his own ARRI Alexa Mini LF and Signature Prime lenses, working with the tools of the world's finest productions. His approach is always in service of the story, the feeling and the visual world the brand needs to create.

CREATIVE DIRECTOR & PHOTOGRAPHER
Originally from South Africa, Charl was raised on a family farm in the Karoo, an isolated desert landscape that shaped his eye for light, stillness and atmosphere from an early age. Drawn to photography as a child, he became fascinated by the sound of the shutter, the crack of studio lights, and the way an image could hold both beauty and feeling.
After moving to London to study photography, Charl built a career across beauty, fashion and advertising, working at the highest level for more than two decades. His eye was formed in demanding creative environments, where authenticity has to be found quickly, the visual standard is uncompromising, and every detail carries weight.
At JCA, Charl leads photography and creative direction across beauty and fashion-led commissions. His process is calm, collaborative and precise, creating the conditions for talent, teams and clients to do their best work. He balances elegance with precision, shaping images that feel polished, human and alive while protecting the visual world each brand needs to create.

VIDEO DIRECTOR & MOVEMENT DIRECTOR
Mandy began her career as a professional dancer and choreographer, working with artists including Pink, Robbie Williams and Rihanna across major live performances, world tours and brand events for Porsche, BMW and Google. That background, built on rhythm, presence and human movement, now informs everything she brings to camera.
As a video director, Mandy leads commissions with a sharp eye for performance, pacing and emotional tone, helping shape work that feels natural, expressive and alive. As a movement director, she guides talent with warmth and precision, creating the conditions for people to feel confident, present and connected on screen.
At JCA, Mandy brings a vital understanding of body language, rhythm and human energy to the work. She helps protect the emotional truth of performance, ensuring that movement, gesture and presence feel as considered as the image itself.
